How to Delete Your Account

Padose Buyer & Seller Apps

You can delete (deactivate) your Padose account from within the Padose Buyer or Padose Seller mobile app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Your account will be deactivated and your data will be soft-deleted. You will be signed out of the app after deletion.

Open the Padose app

Open the Padose Buyer app (for customers) or the Padose Seller app (for store owners) on your device and make sure you are logged in.

Go to Profile

In the app, go to the Profile tab (or Profile section). This is where your account settings, logout, and delete account options are located.

Tap “Delete Account”

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen. You will see a red Delete Account option with the text Your data will be soft-deleted. Tap it.

Confirm deletion

A dialog will appear with the title Delete Account? and the message: Your account will be deactivated. This action cannot be undone. Are you sure?

Choose Cancel to keep your account, or Delete Account to confirm. Once you confirm, your account is deactivated, your data is soft-deleted, and you are signed out of the app.

What happens after deletion

After you delete your account, the app signs you out. Your account is deactivated and your data is soft-deleted as described in our policies. You will need to sign up again with your phone number if you wish to use Padose in the future.

Need help?

If you have trouble deleting your account or have questions, you can open Support in the app. Under the Account category, you will find “Delete account” as an option when raising a support ticket. Our team can assist you with the process.
